This conversation features UTMB’s Blair Brown, MS, RDN, LD, CNSC, Assistant Professor, Program Director of the Master of Science and Dietetic Internship and Director of Clinical Education in the Department of Nutrition and Metabolism, University of Texas Medical Branch; and Glenda Blaskey, MS, RD, LD, Research Dietitian, Institute for Translational Sciences, Clinical Research Center, University of Texas Medical Branch.
How do you read nutrition labels at the store to figure out if a food is healthy? Are diets such as Atkins and Keto good for you? Bring your questions and comments to the discussion.
