The NEW! ListServ is replacing the previous listserv established in 1997 by Dr. Bruce Luxon with a President's Cabinet award.
It is an excellent way for faculty, staff and students to share information. As a member, you will be able to receive and send emails through this list.
To access the NEW! ITS lists and send emails to the ListServ lists, please go to the following link. https://its-listserv.utmb.edu
Once you are at this website, you can log-in using your UTMB username and password in the top right-hand corner. You will see the lists to which you are subscribed on the left-hand column of the page. To access each list, click on the name.
At this point, users can send to the list by using one of two (2) options:
Option 1 – Copy the list name and insert it into the TO Section in an Outlook email. This will allow users to attach documents, insert graphics and use all the Outlook features.
Option 2 – Click on “Post” in the left-hand column of the list. Enter a subject and your message, then click send.
Features also include:
- Replies to lists will only go to the sender and will not be sent to the entire list.
- Users can choose how to receive messages. Choices include each email or a Digest at the end of the day.
